| Gene Description | DLK1, delta like non-canonical Notch ligand 1, encodes a transmembrane protein involved in cell differentiation (PMID: 34011992, PMID: 10234807, PMID: 17182623). DLK1 overexpression has been associated with advanced stage, metastasis, and poor prognosis in high grade serous ovarian cancer (PMID: 30626939) and expression has been identified in various cancer types including liver, breast, brain, pancreas, and colon (PMID: 34627131, PMID: 20356822). | ||||||||||
