| Gene Description | HDAC3, histone deacetylase 3, is a member of the class I HDAC family that functions in deacetylation of histone and non-histone proteins to repress transcription (PMID: 30472601, PMID: 30096875) and plays a role in inflammation (PMID: 29498635). Overexpression of Hdac3 has been observed in high-grade glioma (PMID: 30053564), in invasive ductal breast cancer (PMID: 29680858), in colorectal cancer (PMID: 29558042), and in classical Hodgkin lymphoma (PMID: 29481474). | ||||||||||
