| Gene Description | H3C7, H3 clustered histone 7, encodes a member of the canonical histone 3 family that may play a role in nucleosome assembly, and DNA replication and repair (PMID: 21263457). Mutations in H3C7 have been identified in acute myeloid leukemia (PMID: 31253791), and hypermethylation has been demonstrated in hepatocellular carcinoma (PMID: 28514750). | ||||||||||
