| Gene Description | ABCC10, ATP binding cassette subfamily C member 10, is a member of the multidrug resistance protein family that encodes a lipophilic anion efflux transporter and plays a role in mediating drug resistance (PMID: 14576857, PMID: 16868766, PMID: 24103790). Expression of ABCC10 has been identified in breast cancer with increased expression observed in ERBB2 (HER2)-positive and ESR1 (ER)-positive breast cancers (PMID: 24937672), and decreased ABCC10 expression has been associated with aggressive colorectal cancer (PMID: 22294766). | ||||||||||
