| Gene Description | LIMD1, LIM domain containing 1, is a tumor suppressor that belongs to the Zyxin protein family and is involved in regulation of Hippo-YAP signaling (PMID: 29440237), mitotic progression (PMID: 30600590), and transcriptional repression (PMID: 15542589). LIMD1 downregulation has been observed in lung cancer (PMID: 15542589, PMID: 19060205, PMID: 32239804) and a LIMD1-BRAF fusion has been identified in lung adenocarcinoma (PMID: 34148767). | ||||||||||
