| Gene Description | CREB3L1, cAMP responsive element binding protein 3 like 1, is one of five members of the CREB3 family of transcription factors and is predominately expressed in osteoblasts and plays a role in bone development (PMID: 31334233). A FUS-CREB3L1 fusion has been identified in low-grade fibromyxoid sarcoma (PMID: 15640831, PMID: 31949672) and a EWSR1-CREB3L1 has been identified in small cell osteosarcoma (PMID: 21987447), sclerosing epithelioid fibrosarcoma (PMID: 24441665), and low-grade fibromyxoid sarcoma (PMID: 23588368). | ||||||||||
