| Gene Description | EXO1, exonuclease 1, is a member of the Rad2/XPG nuclease family that plays a role in DNA replication, checkpoint progression, and DNA repair (PMID: 27098756, PMID: 30585186, PMID: 25956862). Overexpression of Exo1 has been observed in hepatocellular carcinoma (PMID: 30328366) and EXO1 mutations have been identified in breast cancer (PMID: 30947698) and pancreatic cancer (PMID: 29940740). | ||||||||||
