| Gene Description | ARHGEF2, rho guanine nucleotide exchange factor 2, promotes the exchange of GDP for GTP to activate Rho-GTPases and plays a role in microtubule and actin cytoskeleton dynamics (PMID: 28453519, PMID: 29089450). ARHGEF2-NTRK1 fusions have been associated with glioblastoma and multiple myeloma (PMID: 25384085, PMID: 29654269) and altered expression of Arhgef2 could play a role in RAS driven pancreatic cancers (PMID: 28656876, PMID: 27835861). | ||||||||||
