| Gene Description | ZMYM3, zinc finger MYM-type containing 3, encodes a zinc finger protein that is part of histone-deacetylase containing complexes thereby playing a role in the regulation of gene expression (PMID: 33173136) and participates in the DNA damage response via facilitating the localization of Brca1 to sites with DNA damage (PMID: 28242625). ZMYM3 mutations have been observed in medulloblastoma (PMID: 22722829) and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (PMID: 27060156). | ||||||||||
