| Gene Description | MED17, mediator complex subunit 17, is a subunit of the transcription co-activator complex Mediator that is involved in gene transcription and DNA damage repair (PMID: 25482373), therefore plays a role in lipogenesis (PMID: 28223413) and cell proliferation (PMID: 17483314). MED17 mutation has been identified in urothelial carcinoma (PMID: 31192134). | ||||||||||
