| Gene Description | NCOR2, nuclear receptor corepressor 2, interacts with HDAC3 and other co-factors to regulate gene expression (PMID: 30664766, PMID: 34910907, PMID: 11509652, PMID: 17591692), and plays a role in regulation of metabolic homeostasis, inflammation, and cell proliferation (PMID: 23630073). An HMGA2-NCOR2 fusion has been identified in osteoclastic giant cell-rich tumors (PMID: 35181586), and giant cell tumors of soft tissue (PMID: 33742141, PMID: 29668829). | ||||||||||
