| Gene Description | GCC2, GRIP and coiled-coil domain-containing protein 2, encodes a Golgi membrane protein important for tethering endosome transport vesicles and maintaining Golgi structural organization (PMID: 17488291, PMID: 22159419). A fusion of GCC2 with ALK has been identified in lung cancer (PMID: 28970558, PMID: 29290262), and a GCC2-PDGFRB fusion has been observed in chronic eosinophilic leukemia (PMID: 30697976). | ||||||||||
