| Gene Description | CD70, CD70 molecule, is a cytokine and member of the tumor necrosis factor family that is expressed on activated T cells and B cells (PMID: 29088768). Overexpression of CD70 has been observed in non-small cell lung cancer (PMID: 29088768), HNSCC (PMID: 29496042), and glioblastoma (PMID: 28651374) and in malignant pleural mesothelioma patients with poor prognosis (PMID: 31639216). | ||||||||||
