| Gene Description | SEPTIN7, septin 7, is a member of the septin family of GTP-binding proteins, plays a role in vesicle transport, and is an essential component of septin filaments (PMID: 28224124, PMID: 25690008, PMID: 21824007). SEPT7 down regulation has been observed in central nervous system tumors (PMID: 15915442) and a SEPTIN7-BRAF fusion has been identified in infantile fibrosarcoma (PMID: 28877062). | ||||||||||
