| Gene Description | ARNT2, aryl hydrocarbon receptor nuclear translocator 2, encodes a basic helix-loop-helix (bHLH) transcription factor involved in regulation of neuronal gene expression (PMID: 30231889, PMID: 10215907) and hypoxic response (PMID: 10873592, PMID: 11381139). Altered expression of ARNT2 has been observed in various cancers including non-small cell lung cancer (PMID: 25613063), gastric cancer (PMID: 29948506), nasopharyngeal carcinoma (PMID: 36203533), oral squamous cell carcinoma (PMID: 27076852), and glioblastoma (PMID: 29149419). | ||||||||||
