Gene Variant Descriptions RUNX1-MECOM (also referred to as RUNX1-EVI1) results from the fusion of RUNX1 and MECOM, and leads to altered transcriptional regulation, transformation of hematopoietic cells in culture, and development of leukemia in animal models (PMID: 19016745). RUNX1-MECOM fusions are associated with myelodysplastic syndrome and myelogenous leukemia (PMID: 19016745).

Filtering
