Gene Variant Descriptions FLT3 F621L lies within the protein kinase domain of the Flt3 protein (UniProt.org). F621L has been identified in the scientific literature (PMID: 22858906), but has not been biochemically characterized and therefore, its effect on Flt3 protein function is unknown (PubMed, Apr 2024).
