Therapy Description

Carotuximab (TRC105) is a monoclonal antibody that binds to endoglin, a TGF beta-1 accessory receptor highly expressed on tumor vessel endothelial cells, blocking signaling essential for angiogenesis and potentially decreasing proliferation of tumor cells (NCI Drug Dictionary).

Filtering

  • Case insensitive filtering will display rows where any text in any cell matches the filter term
