Synonyms
Therapy Description

ASTX727 combines a cytidine deaminase inhibitor (E7727) and decitabine, a cytidine antimetabolite, so that the breakdown of decitabine is prevented, allowing lower dosing while increasing the bioavailability of decitabine.
