Therapy Description

Anetumab ravtansine is a monoclonal antibody against mesothelin (MSLN) in conjugation with maytansinoid DM4, which delivers maytansinoid DM4 to tumor cells over expressing mesothelin, resulting in tumor cell death (PMID: 24714131).

Filtering
