Therapy Name Aflibercept
Therapy Description

Zaltrap (aflibercept) is comprised of human IgG fused to the extracellular domains of VEGFR1 and VEGFR2, which binds VEGF to inhibit tumor angiogenesis and metastasis (NCI Drug Dictionary). Zaltrap (aflibercept) is FDA approved in patients with metastatic colorectal cancer (FDA.gov).

Filtering
