Zaltrap (aflibercept) is comprised of human IgG fused to the extracellular domains of VEGFR1 and VEGFR2, which binds VEGF to inhibit tumor angiogenesis and metastasis. Zaltrap (aflibercept) is FDA approved in patients with metastatic colorectal cancer (FDA.gov). |

Filtering
- Case insensitive filtering will display rows if any text in any cell matches the filter term

Sorting
- Generally, the default sort order for tables is set to be first column ascending; however, specific tables may set a different default sort order.
