Therapy Description

Filtering

  • Case insensitive filtering will display rows if any text in any cell matches the filter term
  • Use simple literal full or partial string matches
  • Separate multiple filter terms with a space. Any order may be used (i. e. a b c and c b a are equivalent )
  • Filtering will only apply to rows that are already loaded on the page. Filtering has no impact on query parameters.
  • Use quotes to match on a longer phrase with spaces (i.e. "mtor c1483f")

Sorting

  • Generally, the default sort order for tables is set to be first column ascending; however, specific tables may set a different default sort order.

Kadcyla (ado-trastuzumab emtansine) is FDA approved for metastatic ERBB2 (HER2)-positive (overexpression or gene amplification) breast cancer patients who have previously received trastuzumab and/or taxane, and for the adjuvant treatment of patients with ERBB2 (HER2)-positive early breast cancer who have residual invasive disease after taxane and trastuzumab-based treatment (FDA.gov).
DZD1516 DZD-1516|DZD 1516 HER2 Inhibitor 41 DZD1516 is an ERBB2 (HER2) inhibitor that penetrates the blood brain barrier, and upon binding to ERRB2 (HER2), prevents ERBB2 (HER2)-dependent signaling, potentially leading to tumor cell death (NCI Drug Dictionary).
