  • Use quotes to match a longer phrase which contains spaces "mtor c1483f"

Sorting

  • Generally, the default sort order for tables is set to be first column ascending, however, specific tables may set a different default sort order.

Drug Name Trade Name Synonyms Drug Classes Drug Description
Carfilzomib Kyprolis PR-171 Kyprolis (carfilzomib) binds to the 20S proteasome and inhibits its protein degradation activity, thereby leading to the accumulation of ubiquinated proteins, which may result in apoptosis and growth arrest in tumor cells (PMID: 26893241). Kyprolis (carfilzomib) in combination with lenalidomide and dexamethasone, or in combination with Darzalex Faspro (Daratumumab and hyaluronidase-fihj) and dexamethasone is FDA-approved for use in patients with multiple myeloma (FDA.gov).
Daratumumab and hyaluronidase-fihj Darzalex Faspro Daratumumab/rHuPH20|HuMax-CD38-rHuPH20|darzalex/rHuPH20 CD38 Antibody 16 Darzalex Faspro (Daratumumab and hyaluronidase-fihj) is a combination of the anti-CD38 antibody Daratumumab with hyaluronidase, which may be administered subcutaneously (PMID: 32213342). Darzalex Faspro (Daratumumab and hyaluronidase-fihj) is FDA approved as a monotherapy or in combination with lenalidomide and dexamethasone, or with pomalidomide and dexamethasone, or with bortezomib and dexamethasone, or with bortezomib, melphalan, and prednisone, or with Kyprolis (carfilzomib) and dexamethasone for patients with multiple myeloma, and in combination with bortezomib, cyclophosphamide and dexamethasone in patients with newly diagnosed light chain amyloidosis (FDA.gov).
