Filtering

Panitumumab Vectibix ABX-EGF EGFR Antibody 55 Vectibix (panitumumab) is a monoclonal antibody directed against EGFR, which inhibits cell proliferation and induces apoptosis (PMID: 18998757). Vectibix (panitumumab) is FDA approved for metastatic colorectal cancer patients with wild-type KRAS and NRAS (FDA.gov).
