Filtering

Xpovio (selinexor) is FDA approved for use in patients with diffuse large B cell lymphoma after two or more prior therapies, in combination with Adexone (dexamethasone) in patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma after at least four prior therapies, and in combination with Velcade (bortezomib) and Adexone (dexamethasone) in patients with multiple myeloma after at least one prior therapy (FDA.gov).

Nexavar (sorafenib) is approved for metastatic differentiated thyroid carcinoma, hepatocellular carcinoma, and renal cell carcinoma (FDA.gov).
