Tecentriq (atezolizumab) is FDA approved for use in patients with advanced urothelial carcinoma, metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) progressed on platinum-containing therapy, in combination with bevacizumab, paclitaxel, and carboplatin for non-squamous NSCLC with no EGFR or ALK aberrations, in combination with paclitaxel protein-bound for advanced or metastatic triple-negative breast cancer expressing PD-L1, and in combination with carboplatin and etoposide for small cell lung cancer (FDA.gov).|
