Therapy Name Brentuximab vedotin + Cyclophosphamide + Doxorubicin + Nivolumab + Prednisone + Rituximab
Synonyms Brentuximab vedotin + Nivolumab + R-CHP
Therapy Description

Filtering

  • Case insensitive filtering will display rows if any text in any cell matches the filter term
  • Use simple literal full or partial string matches
  • Separate multiple filter terms with a space. Any order may be used (i. e. a b c and c b a are equivalent )
  • Filtering will only apply to rows that are already loaded on the page. Filtering has no impact on query parameters.
  • Use quotes to match on a longer phrase with spaces (i.e. "mtor c1483f")

Sorting

  • Generally, the default sort order for tables is set to be first column ascending; however, specific tables may set a different default sort order.
  • Click on any column header arrows to sort by that column
  • Hold down the Shift key and click multiple columns to sort by more than one column. Be sure to set ascending or descending order for a given column before moving on to the next column.

Drug Name Trade Name Synonyms Drug Classes Drug Description
Brentuximab vedotin Adcetris SGN-35 Adcetris (brentuximab vedotin) is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) comprised of a monoclonal antibody targeting CD30 linked to the tubulin-binding drug MMAE, which binds CD30-expressing cells and disrupts microtubule polymerization, potentially resulting in decreased tumor growth (PMID: 22684302). Adcetris (brentuximab vedotin) is FDA approved for Hodgkin lymphoma, anaplastic large cell lymphoma, CD30-expressing mycosis fungoides, and in combination with chemotherapy in other CD30-expressing peripheral T-cell lymphomas (FDA.gov).
Cyclophosphamide Cytoxan CPM Chemotherapy - Alkylating 18 Cytoxan (cyclophosphamide) is an alkylating agent, which inhibits DNA replication (NCI Drug Dictionary). Cytoxan (cyclophosphamide) is FDA approved in multiple hematological malignancies, breast cancer, neuroblastoma, ovarian cancer, and retinoblastoma (NCI Drug Dictionary).
Doxorubicin Adriamycin Adria|ADR|Doxorubicin hydrochloride|Hydroxydaunorubicin Chemotherapy - Anthracycline 13 TOPO2 inhibitor 5 Adriamycin (doxorubicin) is an anthracycline chemotherapeutic, in a non-liposomal formulation, which intercalates into DNA and inhibits topoisomerase II (PMID: 24367159). Doxorubicin is FDA approved for multiple cancer types (FDA.gov).
Nivolumab Opdivo MDX-1106|BMS-936558 Immune Checkpoint Inhibitor 147 PD-L1/PD-1 antibody 117 Opdivo (nivolumab) is an antibody that targets PD-1 (PDCD1), which results in increased T-cell activation and enhanced anti-tumor immune response (PMID: 28891423). Opdivo (nivolumab) is FDA approved for use as a monotherapy in patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) progressed on prior therapies, Hodgkin's lymphoma, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, urothelial carcinoma (UC) , esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, resected esophageal or gastroesophageal junction (GEJ) cancer, as a monotherapy or in combination with Yervoy (ipilimumab) for melanoma, renal cell carcinoma (RCC), microsatellite instability-high (MSI-H) or mismatch repair deficient (dMMR) colorectal cancer (including patients 12 years or older), and hepatocellular carcinoma, in combination with Yervoy (ipilimumab) as first-line therapy for PD-L1-positive (>=1%) metastatic NSCLC without EGFR or ALK alterations, with Yervoy (ipilimumab) and platinum-based chemotherapy as first-line therapy for metastatic or recurrent NSCLC without EGFR or ALK alterations, with platinum doublet chemotherapy as neoadjuvant treatment for patients with resectable NSCLC, with Cabometyx (cabozantinib) for advanced RCC, with fluoropyrimidine- and platinum-containing chemotherapy for advanced or metastatic gastric cancer, GEJ cancer, and esophageal adenocarcinoma, and with cisplatin and gemcitabine as first-line treatment for unresectable or metastatic UC (FDA.gov).
Prednisone Adasone Dehydrocortisone Adasone (prednisone) is a corticosteroid which functions as an immunosuppressant and anti-inflammatory agent and which may stimulate apoptosis in tumor cells (NCI Drug Dictionary).
Rituximab Rituxan IDEC-C2B8|MabThera CD20 Antibody 21 Rituxan (rituximab) is a chimeric mononclonal antibody that binds to CD20 on B-cells, resulting in induction of complement-dependent and antibody-dependent cytotoxicity, and potentially leading to decreased B-cell tumor growth (PMID: 28983798). Rituxan (rituximab) is FDA approved for use as monotherapy or in combination with chemotherapy in CD20-positive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma, in combination with fludarabine and cyclophosphamide in CD20-positive chronic lymphocytic leukemia, and in combination with chemotherapy in pediatric patients (6 month to 18 years of age) with treatment-naive, CD20-positive diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, Burkitt lymphoma, Burkitt-like lymphoma, or mature B-cell acute leukemia (B-AL) (FDA.gov).
