Filtering

  • Case insensitive filtering will display rows if any text in any cell matches the filter term

Darzalex Faspro (Daratumumab and hyaluronidase-fihj) is FDA approved as a monotherapy or in combination with lenalidomide and dexamethasone, or with pomalidomide and dexamethasone, or with bortezomib and dexamethasone, or with bortezomib, melphalan, and prednisone, or with Kyprolis (carfilzomib) and dexamethasone for patients with multiple myeloma, and in combination with bortezomib, cyclophosphamide and dexamethasone in patients with newly diagnosed light chain amyloidosis (FDA.gov).

Lenalidomide Revlimid IMiD-1 Revlimid (lenalidomide) is a thalidomide analog which regulates cytokine production and stimulates T cells and NK cells activity (PMID: 24328678). Revlimid (lenalidomide) is FDA approved for use in multiple myeloma, relapsed or refractory Mantle cell lymphoma, and in combination with a rituximab product in follicular lymphoma and marginal zone lymphoma (FDA.gov).
