Therapy Description

Filtering

  • Case insensitive filtering will display rows if any text in any cell matches the filter term
  • Use simple literal full or partial string matches
  • Separate multiple filter terms with a space. Any order may be used (i. e. a b c and c b a are equivalent )
  • Filtering will only apply to rows that are already loaded on the page. Filtering has no impact on query parameters.
  • Use quotes to match on a longer phrase with spaces (i.e. "mtor c1483f")

Sorting

  • Generally, the default sort order for tables is set to be first column ascending; however, specific tables may set a different default sort order.
  • Click on any column header arrows to sort by that column
  • Hold down the Shift key and click multiple columns to sort by more than one column. Be sure to set ascending or descending order for a given column before moving on to the next column.

Capivasertib Truqap AZD5363|AZD 5363|AZD-5363 Akt Inhibitor (Pan) 21 Truqap (capivasertib) decreases PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling by inhibition of AKT1, AKT2, and AKT3, potentially resulting in decreased cell proliferation (PMID: 22294718, PMID: 32532747, PMID: 32312891). Truqap (capivasertib) in combination with Faslodex (fulvestrant) is FDA-approved for use in patients with hormone receptor-positive, ERBB2 (HER2)-negative, locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer with one or more PIK3CA/AKT1/PTEN-alterations (FDA.gov).
Tamoxifen Nolvadex ICI-46474 Hormone Antineoplastics 5 Nolvadex (tamoxifen) is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM), which decreases DNA synthesis and cell growth and is FDA approved for breast cancer (FDA.gov).

PIK3CA act mut estrogen-receptor positive breast cancer predicted - sensitive Capivasertib + Tamoxifen Preclinical - Cell culture Actionable In a preclinical study, the combination of Truqap (capivasertib) and 4-hydroxytamoxifen (4-OHT) worked synergistically or additively to inhibit growth of several estrogen receptor-positive breast cancer cell lines in culture, including cell lines with PIK3CA activating mutations, and overcame tamoxifen resistance in a resistant cell line (PMID: 26116361). 26116361
