Revlimid (lenalidomide) is FDA approved for use in multiple myeloma, relapsed or refractory Mantle cell lymphoma, and in combination with a rituximab product in follicular lymphoma and marginal zone lymphoma (FDA.gov).
Teclistamab JNJ-64007957|BCMAxCD3 Teclistamab (JNJ-64007957) is a bispecific antibody that targets CD3 and BCMA, potentially resulting in increased immune response against BCMA-expressing tumor cells (Blood Dec 2016, 128 (22) 5668).
