Therapy Description

Filtering

  • Case insensitive filtering will display rows if any text in any cell matches the filter term
  • Use simple literal full or partial string matches
  • Separate multiple filter terms with a space. Any order may be used (i. e. a b c and c b a are equivalent )
  • Filtering will only apply to rows that are already loaded on the page. Filtering has no impact on query parameters.
  • Use quotes to match on a longer phrase with spaces (i.e. "mtor c1483f")

Sorting

  • Generally, the default sort order for tables is set to be first column ascending; however, specific tables may set a different default sort order.
  • Click on any column header arrows to sort by that column
  • Hold down the Shift key and click multiple columns to sort by more than one column. Be sure to set ascending or descending order for a given column before moving on to the next column.

Lifirafenib BGB-283 BRAF Inhibitor 25 EGFR Inhibitor (Pan) 61 Lifirafenib (BGB-283) is a dual RAF kinase and EGFR inhibitor, which may lead to decreased tumor cell proliferation and reduced growth of tumors with activation of BRAF and/or EGFR (PMID: 26208524, PMID: 32182156).
Trametinib Mekinist GSK1120212 MEK inhibitor (Pan) 24 MEK1 Inhibitor 26 MEK2 Inhibitor 24 Mekinist (trametinib) inhibits MEK 1 and 2, which potentially leads to reduced tumor cell proliferation (PMID: 27956260). Mekinist (trametinib) is FDA approved for melanoma patients harboring BRAF V600E or BRAF V600K mutations, and in combination with Tafinlar (dabrafenib) for BRAF V600E/K-mutant melanoma, BRAF V600E- mutant non-small cell lung cancer, BRAF V600E-mutant anaplastic thyroid cancer, for adult and pediatric patients of 6 years or older with unresectable or metastatic solid tumors harboring BRAF V600E, and for pediatric patients of 1 year or older with low-grade glioma harboring BRAF V600E (FDA.gov).

BRAF V600E colorectal cancer sensitive Lifirafenib + Trametinib Preclinical - Cell culture Actionable In a preclinical study, the combination treatment of Mekinist (trametinib) and Lifirafenib (BGB-283) led to greater inhibition of growth in a colorectal cancer cell line harboring BRAF V600E in culture compared to either treatment alone (PMID: 33318037). 33318037
NRAS Q61R melanoma sensitive Lifirafenib + Trametinib Preclinical - Pdx Actionable In a preclinical study, the combination treatment of Mekinist (trametinib) and Lifirafenib (BGB-283) resulted in durable tumor regression compared to stabilized tumor growth when treated with either agent alone in patient-derived xenograft (PDX) models of melanoma harboring NRAS Q61R (PMID: 33318037). 33318037
