CV301 is a poxvirus-based vaccine that encodes tumor antigens CEA and MUC-1, and 3 costimulatory molecules including B7.1, ICAM-1, and LFA-3, which may stimulate antitumor immune response (Journal of Clinical Oncology 36, no. 15_suppl).
