Tarceva (erlotinib) is a first-generation EGFR inhibitor, which is FDA approved for non-small cell lung carcinoma patients with EGFR exon 19 deletions and/or EGFR L858R and in combination with gemcitabine for patients with advanced pancreatic cancer (FDA.gov; PMID: 25302162).
